VBScript/MS Access Database

I am new to VBScipts and need to do the following:

On the webpage I display a list of products, descriptions and their supplier. When the user hovers the mouse over the Supplier name, I wish to pop-up (like a ToolTip) the suppliers address and discount% which is kept in an MS Access database (The SupplierName is a key in the database).

Can someone point me in the right direction please.
