Possible effects of rewriting URL?
Hi guys,
What are the possible effects of rewriting URL from dynamic to static? do you think it will decrease or increase the traffic of the site or it will affect the PR... I need some comment from you guys...thanks in advance.

you need to make sure your url never changes. if it changes google and most other search engines will not like it and lower the pr of that page.
My suggestion is to make them static, but you can make them dynamic if you want, but make sure they are always the same, or if you change it, it does a 301 header redirect. that way you can maintain your pr.
