tell me what is system behind this spam stuff ?
Hi, all guy
I have domain ; 1clickbackup.com BUT some one made clone of this same like our site and it looks like there is some program for this. The clone site of 1Clickbackup.com is 1hitbackup.com Basically I face the problem at the side of spam. If my site in a trouble regarding of Spam at point of SEO then tell me solution how to remove that. If I can take legal action against them then suggest how to initialise it. have a any tool for spam reporting. Any suggestion and ideas will be appriciated Thanks SkeltonD

I am a little lost on what you mean by spam, because you are also talking about somone steeling your content. Depending on where you live, and where this other site is based out of, you may beable to take legal action. If they are using your images and if it says at the bottom of the page something like: "2007 All rights reserved" or "(C) 2007 1ClickBackup.com" then you will have a good case, but if not you should have put something in there.
For spam, you need to use a captcha, i suggest ReCaptcha and i am sure you can find numerious people that created an eassy to use recaptcha.
