I Need Help!
How in the world do you put a image bar behind your navigation headers.
 also, how do you make links float over your main header?

you set a div/table to the size of the image, then use this in your style attribute:
background-image: url('location_of_your_image.jpg'); that will put the image behind everything and allow you to put text or other elements ontop of it.
