Default Gap between divs - Only in IE6

I have been developing a website for someone, and it all appears fine in IE7, Safari 3, and FireFox 2. I thought it was fine, until someone viewed the website in IE6. Apparently, there is a gap between the title of the newsletter (which is actually a blog) and the actual newsletter content.

I'm not sure what the problem is--the HTML and CSS validate, and I haven't put it into PHP yet (so that's not a problem).

Thanks in advance,
